Warranty We reserve the rights to evaluate defective Electronic Energy Source items on a direct one to one basis. We authorize NO ONE to represent us considering warranted items
All Electronic Energy Source products will have 90 days limited warranty. To obtain warranty service, a completed copy of the warranty must be on file with Electronic Energy Source, of which a printed copy is attached as part of this document. All Electronic Energy Source products that might require technical assistance will have a copy of the warranty documentation enclosed as part of the packing documentation. Or the shipping container with postage label fully attached. Only Electronic Energy Source can determine if the warranty is to be honored on any item produced by Electronic Energy Source. All defective units must be sent directly to Electronic Energy Source for evaluation. Any and all sealed modular units that have wire leads less than one inch in length or show any evidence of abuse, misuse or tampering will immediately have the warranty voided. All other units which show any evidence of abuse, misuse, or tampering will immediately have the warranty voided. All other units will be evaluated on a one on one basis. Any unit that is sent to Electronic Energy Source for repair that the warranty becomes void and is repaired and/or replaced will have a minimum $5.00 service charge plus shipping. Warranted by Electronic Energy Source items deemed as an Electronic Energy Source “at fault item”, will be returned cost-effective by Electronic Energy Source after repair and/or replacement. All returned products must have a repair tag or identification of each article that allows easy tracking as to where the item(s) came from, a brief note as to the defect, and the date it was submitted for evaluation. Return authorization on new unused merchandise must be arranged prior to an actual return, except for repair items. We require distributors to have their customers send defective and suspected defective Electronic Energy Source products direct to Electronic Energy Source, as this will speed up the return time to the customer and prevent loss of funds for everyone by not “double-shipping” an item for repair. We reserve the rights to evaluate defective Electronic Energy Source items on a direct one to one basis. We authorize NO ONE to represent us considering warranted items
